Packs and session pools

A paid exam pack has a Speaking session pool and an end date. Your dashboard shows its remaining sessions and time. Unused sessions expire when the pack ends. Free accounts keep their monthly Speaking allowance.

Buying another pack

You can buy another pack when your current pack ends or has no Speaking sessions left. The new pack starts immediately. See current packs on the pack page. Existing paid subscribers can buy a pack after their plan ends.

Existing subscriptions

New exam packs do not auto-renew. If you already have a subscription, you can turn off auto-renew in account settings. Your existing access continues until its current end date.

Updating your profile

Update your name and other account details from Profile Settings. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. For anything else — billing questions, account issues — reach out via Support.
