What do paid packs include?
Every pack includes role-plays with an AI patient and a score out of 39 after each full role-play, Reading and Listening practice tests, Writing feedback on typed letters, full mock tests (all 4 sub-tests), vocabulary and your full progress history. Packs differ in length, Speaking sessions and voice — see the cards above.
What is included in the free plan?
A monthly Speaking allowance with full feedback, plus 1 Reading test, 1 Listening test and 1 mock test. Writing feedback is not included in the free mock test. No payment details needed.
What happens after my free sessions run out?
Your Free Speaking allowance resets each month. You can buy a one-time pack whenever you want more practice.
How much do exam packs cost?

How do I pay?
Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Each pack is a one-time payment — there is no autopay.

No. Each pack is a single payment. Nothing renews automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 7 days of buying an exam pack if you have used 5 or fewer Speaking sessions from it. Read the refund policy.
How does AI scoring work?
Your Speaking role-play is scored on the nine public OET Speaking criteria: four language criteria and five clinical communication criteria, for a practice score out of 39. Each criterion comes with an explanation tied to what you said.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
SpeakOET is a preparation tool, not the official exam. Your real OET result is decided by human examiners, so treat each score as a practice estimate, not an official result or a guaranteed outcome.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your attempts, scores and feedback are saved to your account and shown on your progress dashboard. Free accounts show your most recent attempts; packs include your full history.
Is SpeakOET an official OET product?
No. SpeakOET is an independent practice tool for nurses. OET is a registered trademark of Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OET — our scoring is built around the official public criteria.
Do I need to download an app?
No. SpeakOET works in your web browser on a phone or laptop. Nothing to install.
I am an Indian nurse going to Australia or UK — is this right for me?
Yes. SpeakOET is built for nurses preparing for OET, including Indian nurses planning to work in Australia, the UK and other countries that accept OET.
Is SpeakOET available in Hindi or Gujarati?
No. The platform is in English, because OET is an English-language test.
